Brian O'Neil

Brian has an extensive background in program management, finance, real estate development, business development, and construction. He serves as President of Third Lens, a non-profit corporation that provides program management services to churches and faith-based nonprofits. Early in his career, Brian spent nearly 10 years in the banking industry before transitioning into non-profit and program management work. His diverse background had helped grow Third Lens’ international presence in 20 countries.

​Brian is a member of C12 and has spoken at several national conferences on program management, affordable housing, and non-profit leadership. Mr. O’Neil graduated from Auburn University with a degree in International Business with a specialization in Finance. He and his family live in Auburn, AL where they worship and serve at Church of the Highlands.

James Bonney, PE

James is a licensed civil engineer and has vast experience in various roles in the construction process, including as a Project Manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers and Clemson University as an Owner Representative. Most recently James was a Project Manager with Evans General Contractors. With almost twenty years of experience in the construction industry, James has successfully managed projects of various types (commercial, multi-family housing, higher education, industrial) together worth over $500,000,000.

Courtney Grunninger Bonney, PhD, AICP

Dr. Courtney Grunninger Bonney, PhD, AICP has a broad range of experience from her earlier roles as both a professional urban planner and university professor, specializing in historic preservation, urban design, and community revitalization. As a professional planner, she specialized in developing economic revitalization strategies for historic downtowns. Her work also included grant writing, project coordination for state and federally awarded grants, and working with communities to develop comprehensive and revitalization plans. Courtney was a professor at Clemson University, Florida State University, and most recently at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
